The project encompasses seven modern buildings on a spacious 16-hectare site, offering a mix of 120 three-bedroom and 128 four-bedroom apartments. Designed for comfortable living, the development features internal roads and lush green spaces, fostering a peaceful residential environment.
This 1.7 billion birr project, overseen by the Federal Housing Corporation, showcases Ovid Group’s expertise in delivering large-scale initiatives that elevate urban living standards. Completed ahead of schedule, the project was officially handed over to the Army Foundation on May 11, 2024, in a ceremony celebrating the successful partnership between the two organizations.
